It appears to be dealership overflow storage.

WTB: used 17" tires

I'm going to need some tires soon, and still haven't bought a house, so trying to keep it cheap.

Must:

have street life left
be for 17" wheels
be 245-315 width (different wheel options)
hold air
be round-ish
P (not LT)

Anybody got any kicking around?

Re: Selling my 2007 Honda S2000

I would say any crash bolt would do to the fact that it says factory method. Not factory parts. just my two cents. Not so. Any factory approved method in this case means following the Toyota crash repair manual, which will generally say something like "bend...not more than..." or "us...

Depending on the tire, my research agrees.

Funny that the bridgestone just became the tire to have, and now you're looking at 225's... but, there are a ton of much cheaper used prices on 15x9's now that the it tire is a 205.

Re: vin check: title weirdness?

Facts: A Margate police officer observed a customized 1987 Mazda pickup truck in the parking lot of an automobile repair shop. He noticed that the vehicle identification number (VIN) was missing from the dashboard. The owner of the shop came out, stated the vehicle was his, and produced a tag and c...

Man, I hope not...

Maine BMV says the car has as it's owner the person I identified, and has 1 previous owner. They will only reveal more details to the current titled owner. Still, I guess that rules out typo or theft.

Nope. You can use an incognito/private browsing window to check whether others have access for yourself.

Re: vin check: title weirdness?

How did you run the VIN? I've seen instances in which the databases are not synced properly. Also seen instances where there was an error on the title. Could also have had a salvage title. vin alert and autodata direct. Autodata direct I've used before. Basically carfax without the service records....

vin check: title weirdness?

Ok, so I'm looking for a daily driver, and I found one. After we arrived at a price over the phone, I ran the vin. It is a 2004. It shows first titling in 2010 with no previous titles. According to the seller, the previous owner was a law enforcement officer in Calais, Maine (same state as the prese...

Re: New Tire Vendor

I've had great luck with Phil's. I bought my wheels throught them and a few sets of tires over the years. Discount tire messed up credit card charges or something like 6-7 years ago on my first order with them. I was very upset over whatever it was and the way they handled it. I don't really remembe...
